Driver of the Month Award
Recognizing Excellence Behind the Wheel and Beyond
The Driver of the Month is presented by the Nebraska Trucking Association in partnership with the Nebraska State Patrol, recognizing professional truck drivers who demonstrate exceptional safety, character, and dedication.
Extraordinary drivers make a difference, not only within their companies, but throughout their communities. Company representatives, including safety managers, dispatchers, fellow drivers, and other coworkers are encouraged to nominate drivers for Driver of the Month. Nominations are also welcome from outside the company, including family members, friends, community leaders, and neighbors. The Driver of the Month Program invites nominations from every corner of a driver’s world.
Nomination Eligibility
- CDL holder
- 5-year minimum as a driver
- NTA member company
- Nebraska-based terminal
- Safe driving record
