Who is Eligible?

You can join the NTA Health Benefits Alliance if you:

  • Are a NTA member in good standing
  • Are a Nebraska employer with a DOT number
  • Have at least one (1) truck in your fleet
  • Have at least two (2) employees on payroll
  • Are a family business (both members must enroll seperately)
  • Are an Allied member with 51% of revenue from trucking
  • Enroll at least one (1) employee (must be 25% of eligible staff)

Small Groups Welcome

One enrolled employee qualifies if participation requirements are met. Solo practitioners need at least one additional part-time (17.5+ hours/week) employee.

Flexible Participation

Employers must cover 50% of single premiums but can enroll with only 25% participation if others have qualified coverage.

Plan Variety

Choose from seven benefit packages (4 PPO, 3 HSA). Larger employers (50+ employees) can offer up to three plan options
