The Nebraska Trucking Foundation is proud to launch a statewide charitable raffle with a prize built for adventure: a 2024 John Deere Gator™ XUV590M Crossover Utility Vehicle. But this raffle isn’t just about winning—it’s about giving.

Every $20 ticket purchased fuels miles of opportunity. Proceeds directly support scholarships for Nebraska students pursuing high-demand careers in trucking.

The raffle started on Friday, August 22, 2025, at the opening of the 2025 Nebraska State Fair and concludes with a live drawing on the first day of the 2026 Nebraska State Fair.

In the last five years, the Nebraska Trucking Foundation has awarded more than 220 scholarships totaling over $300,000. Recipients include immigrants, parents, young adults, and individuals looking for a second chance—each of them building careers that keep our state and nation moving.

With just one ticket, you can help someone shift into a career they’ve dreamed of—and maybe win a John Deere Gator™ while you’re at it.

  • Organization name: Nebraska Trucking Foundation, Inc.
  • Raffle name: Nebraska Trucking Foundation 2025 Raffle – ID# 35-16176251
  • Raffle period: This raffle begins on August 22, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. and ends on August 27, 2026, at 6:00 a.m.
  • Drawing date, time, and location: The winner will be selected by a random drawing on Aug 28, 2026, at 12 p.m. at the 2026 Nebraska State Fair, Grand Island, NE. Winners need not be present to win.
  • Purpose: The Nebraska Trucking Foundation, Inc. is a Nonprofit raising funds to support scholarships for students seeking a Commercial Driver’s license or Diesel Technology training.
  1. How to enter
  1. Prize details
  • Prize:  2024 John Deere Gator™ XUV590M Crossover Utility Vehicle, with a fair market value of $17,950.
  • No substitutions: No cash equivalent or prize substitutions are permitted, except by the sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Conditions: Prizes are awarded “as is,” and the Nebraska Trucking Foundation, Inc., offers no warranty or guarantee.
  1. Winner selection and notification
  • Selection process: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
  • Notification: The winner will be notified by Email and/or Phone] within the same business day of the drawing.
  • Claiming the prize: The winner must respond to the notification and claim the prize within 10 business days. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Publicity release: By entering, the winner grants the Nebraska Trucking Foundation, Inc. and affiliates permission to use their name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation.
  1. Taxes
  • Responsibility: The winner is solely responsible for applicable taxes, as well as any fees associated with the prize. The Nebraska Trucking Foundation, Inc., is required to comply with all applicable tax laws.

  • Employees of the Nebraska Trucking Association, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
  • Members of the Nebraska Trucking Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
  1. General conditions and disclaimers
  • Right to modify or cancel: The Nebraska Trucking Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle at any time if a virus, bug, fraud, or other factor impairs the administration or fairness of the raffle.
  • Limitations of liability: The organization, its affiliates, and their representatives are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may arise from participation in the raffle or receipt or use of any prize.
  • Disputes: All disputes concerning the raffle will be governed by the laws of Nebraska.
  • Data privacy: Information collected from entrants is used solely for the purpose of the prize drawing and notifying winners. Entrants’ personal information will not be sold to third parties.
