Local Emergency Planning Committee conference The Nebraska LEPC Conference will be held September 19-21 in Hastings. Topics include: ethanol response, tier II reporting, pipeline safety, best practices and a U.S. DOT presentation. The conference is free and it is not necessary to attend all sessions or both days.
